The Ukrainian Club Brisbane - Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

By purchasing or using a gift voucher issued by The Ukrainian Club Brisbane, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Validity Period
   Gift vouchers are valid for three (3) years from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated on the voucher.

2. Redemption
   Gift vouchers are redeemable for food and beverages purchased at The Ukrainian Club Brisbane.
   They are not redeemable for:

   • Cash or cash equivalent​​

   • Ticketed or special events (including but not limited to fundraising dinners, concerts, or themed nights).

     • However, vouchers may be used for the purchase of food or beverages at ticketed or special events where those items are sold separately and are not included in the ticket price.

3. Booking Requirements
   Guests wishing to use a gift voucher must mention the voucher at the time of booking. Only physical vouchers will be accepted and must be presented when paying the bill. Digital copies or photos of vouchers will not be accepted.

4. Partial Redemption
   Gift vouchers are intended to be used in one transaction where possible. No cash change will be given if the total bill is less than the voucher value. If necessary, a credit for any unused balance may be issued for future use, valid until the original expiry date.

5. Lost or Stolen Vouchers
   The Ukrainian Club Brisbane is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorised use of vouchers.

6. Additional Restrictions

   • Vouchers cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.

   • Any unused voucher balance after expiry will not be refunded or credited.

   • Vouchers cannot be used to pay for deposits or advance bookings.

   • Management reserves the right to refuse voucher redemption if fraud or tampering is suspected.

   • Management decisions regarding voucher acceptance are final.

7. General

   • Vouchers cannot be reissued or extended after expiry.

   • Vouchers must be used in accordance with Responsible Service of Alcohol laws.
